Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Is this isolated only to these apps? Is this happening on other apps (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, OPrime Video, etc.)? What steps have you tried? If this is isolated to the apps you mentioned, it could be network-related (DNS, server denial, etc.). Try to do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset to remove any corrupted files or data. If it persists, this time set it up and connect it to another smartphone’s mobile hotspot instead of your home Wi-Fi to isolate possible network issues.
