Chromecast not cast after Android 12 update

Dear support team

Greetings

I have problem to cast to Google Chromecast from my Nokia 5.3 mobile after it's updated to Android 12: some times no response and some times it will stuck only with the first screen. I tried many times to remove home application and reinstall it again, made factory reset for Google Chromecast: but still the issues. I also tried to cast to Chromecast with Google TV and Xiaomi TV: still not working.

Do you have a different phone to test? If it works with this phone, ask the Nokia support what they broke in their Android 12 update 

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have another Motorola Mobile with Android 13. Motorola Mobile can cast to Chromecast without any problems. I tried to contact Nokia support, as per them I need to take the mobile for repair center. I tried to make hard reset for this Nokia mobile: but it will start again with Android 12, not 10 or 11.

Thanks for the details. Did you contact Nokia about this? Your Chromecast device seems to be working, or else not even your Motorola phone would cast to it. Let me know how it goes.

I contact Nokia support, as per them: I need to take the mobile for Nokia repair center. But I think mostly the problem in some configuration of android 12
