I am sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that connection issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know connections issues can be pretty tricky. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • Are you getting any kind of error message?
  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
