The language is danish, but i hope you are able to see / hear the issue.

Have you tried adjusting the audio group delay in the Google Home application for the Chromecast device, to verify if you can resynchronize?
If you clean cache and data on the Chromecast built-in app, the issue is still present?

If you have your own channel application that must be installed on a Google TV device or box, first, you might have to check your application for some bugs.
Other applications that run on Google TV system do not experience audio-video synchronisation issues, so, probably, the issue resided on your part.
Furthermore, are you shure that the source material audio and video streams are multiplexed (muxed) correctly?

Hi Djetetei
Thank you for getting back to me.
We do not yet have an dedicated app for the Google TV so it uses the fallback receiver app. It works fine on other dedicated Chromecast devices, which talks to it being an issue with the Chromecast built-in app.
The version of the Chromecast built-app is 1.56.275391
Our DASH streams are also used for playback in web application without any issues. We only see the audio desync issue when casting to a Android TV being an NVIDIA Shield or a Google TV

Hi Djtetei,
We do not have a dedicated app for Google TV so it uses our receiver app as a fallback. The receiver app works fine on a dedicated Chromecast Device, and the same is true for our web application.
This is why we suspect it as something to do with the Chromecast built-in app, because it can also reproduce the audio sync problem on a NVIDIA Shield.
I have been testing with Chromecast built-in app version 1.56.275391
With regrads
Morten
