Chromecast "Includes Paid Promotion" Banner stuck

The "Includes paid promotion" banner that appears in the top left corner of the screen on some videos has been staying there for the entire duration of the video. 

I have noticed this behavior on all of my Chromecasts; the banner normally pops up for a few seconds and then disappears, but lately has been staying there for the entire duration of a video, blocking part of the screen.  You cannot interact with the pop-up to dismiss it and it is very distracting.

Same issue here. Can't wait for Google to completely ignore this issue like they do all other chromecast issues.
