Chromecast remote does not connect on start

hey!

I use a new Chromecast for about a week and after remote software update I started having this problem.

When I turn on the device, remote is not automatically connected. To fix it I usually restart the device and it eventually works.

I tried several troubleshooting steps - factory reset of both Chromecast and remote, different batteries. Reset helps but after first restart problem returns.

I had similar problem months ago with Xiaomi MI Box so I believe it might be a software problem.
