I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast is frozen! I can imagine this issue has been pretty frustrating, so I'd be happy to help you out. If you are able to, the first thing you should do is factory reset the Chromecast device. If you are unable to, please let me know what color the LED light is on the Chromecast.
