Chromecast with Google TV: can't access to settings if no account

On my Chromecast with Google TV (HD), if I remove my account, I can't access anymore to settings.

See picture below:

Cog icon is here, but if I use "Up arrow", my curor disappears, so I can't access to settings.

If an account is given, panel "Add account" disappears, so I have button Screensaver and Wi-Fi just below cog icon.

When my cursor is on Screensaver and use "Up arrow", the problem is the same, my cursor disappears.

When my cursor is on Wi-Fi and use "Up arrow", cog icon is selected.

It seems there is a problem of spatial navigation. Is there a workaround?

I see you have developer options activated, so connect to the Chromecast via adb and try to lauch the seetings app via ADB command from a laptop/PC:

adb connect IP:5555

adb shell am start -a android.settings.SETTINGS

adb disconnect IP:5555

Yes, in fact I have resetted the chromecast. Even if I have done the same configuration, (enable dev mode with usb debugging and other options), the problem did not reappers.
