My Google account won't connect to my new Chromecast upon setup. I hit retry and still won't connect. What do I do?

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing during the set-up. What’s the message you're getting? Are you using a regular Gmail or a Google Workspace account? Have you tried using another email to see if the issue persists? I’ll look forward to your response.
