Chromecast

Have factory reset Chrome cast and after set up it says can't find family room TV check you are on the same wifi both phone and c'cast are .This is on an old TV that I have connected the cast to before also have new router with 4g and 5g although 5g is not connected please help this is very frustrating

Hi I'm using a chromecast nest mini my phone is Samsung a11 using Nokia fastmile router have factory reset tv rebooted router updated phone apps uninstaller home reinstalled done all of this several times to no avail router says its connected and when resetting the castusing matching wifi code all good to go .Then have google screensaver/ random pictures with heading player 1 chromecast and an error saying can't find living room tv make sure devices are on the same network have tried just about everything to no avail even tried on a different tv the cast was working on both before with the same phone I have now .Tv is an old school Sony bravia p
