Constantly resetting to hd and stereo

Im watching Disney plus or any other app for that matter. Watching in 4k Dolby vision with Atmos sound. I go back to sky by changing inputs as usual. Then the next day I decide to fire up Chromecast again and continue. It's not been powered off or reset but it's set istelf to 1080p resolution and I can't change it to anything else as the list is empty. So I reboot it and it all come back again.

There is something wrong with the firmware detecting changes. I have CEC disabled so it's not that. As with CEC enabled it constantly switches inputs to itself while I'm watching sky.

Lots of work to do for you but these issues need fixing big time.
