A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Is this an initial set up? What mobile phone are you using to set up your Chromecast?

Try these steps:

1. Please make sure the AP/Client isolation setting in your router setting is disabled.
2. Reboot your Chromecast, Wi-Fi router, and mobile phone.
3. Make sure you're connecting the Chromecast to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone.
4. Use a different mobile device.
