Disabling the unknown

My hacker ( ID theft) has set up Nest without my permission. As I don't know exactly what she's done how do I disassemble it?  I have several photos that showed up that could only have been taken by someone behind me...others, only from the TV. I am working with the police. Should I leave it for them? Any advise would be helpful. Thank you.

Change your WiFi network password.

Change your Google account password.

Thank you for your excellent suggestions. I have updated, changed, got a whole new account, new phone number, and finally a new phone. Nothing has worked. Identity Theft will be huge in a few years, I am sorry to say.

It is huge already, but people have to learn to be more cautious about network setup and with whom they share passwords.

Lastly, you might want to acces your router management interface and change the administrative credentials also.
