  • Hi, I have a hisence TV with Google chromecast device. Easy to use and has voice button. Today there’s a display panel that’s blocking use of apps. It’s for a system upgrade (usually automatic) and I can’t navigate into the display panel to press ‘later’. I’ve tried everything in the settings to navigate or remove the display panel. Please help!!

Hi RachelK,

Third party manufacturers that include the Google cast protocol are responsible for pushing updates to the devices they sell.

Please try switching your TV off at the power supply for a minute or two and then back on again. If that doesn't resolve your issue then please reach out to Hisence support for further help.
