Our remote for our tv no longer works, so the only way to control it is through the Google Home app on my iPhone. As of three days ago, this has stopped working and I get the error message “Full remote unavailable. Make sure your streaming device has the latest software.”
I am currently up to date and using 16.0.2 (20A380). The TV software is also up to date. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall. I have restarted both devices. I’ve read the other threads on this topic. Nothing has worked! Help!
