Getting help with first day questions on Chromecast operation

I have a number of questions on the first day with my Chromecast 4K.  I want to talk to someone.  I've seen numerous posts suggesting filling out Steps 1-3 for my problem on help and then Step 4 would give me option to have a call back.  But Step 4 simply loops me back to a the beginning and asks me to fill out Steps 1-3.
