I have been struggling with Google Chromecast HD which keeps on restarting. Have tried all troubleshooting steps, like changing HDMI port on TV, power supply, network reset, factory reset to hard reset. But nothing works.
Tried to check warranty (device is 3 months old) and fill the form, but after filling all fields including serial number, it says there is an issue with the form, please try again.
Tried to initiate chat, it say please contact in support hours which is valid for my country, UK. In fact Tried receiving call it says number not valid.
Such a pathetic support Google has. Never realised it is difficult to get product support from Google.
Does anybody have views on this?

Hi, I realized eventually that this only happens after I install new apps from playstore on the Chromecast. I have checked system apps and updated them, in fact cleared cache, data for the newly installed apps. But doesn't help. Has someone faced similar issue, if yes is there a resolution to this?
