Google Chromecast remote too hot to touch and not working. I appears that this is known latent problem in the forum community. Google should fix this issue . In the meantime I need a working replacement from Google.
For more details: I purchase this device in June 2023 from Best Buy Canada (SN 2A211HFH43EKWF). Few days after a successful set up of the device with my TV, I noticed the remote control stop working and was overheating to the point of burning my hand. I followed the instructions provided on-line by a Google support technician but this did not solve the problem.
Who to contact at Google to get a replacement remote control?
