Google Chromecast with Google TV keeps uncasting

My Google Chromecast with Google TV lately kept uncasting. I tried to update, reset the Chromecast and update the smart TV but this doesn't solve the issue. When I replaced this chromecast with an older generation Chromecast, the casting becomes continuous, there is no more repetive uncasting and disconnection. Hence, this rules out the problem being the internet connection.

How can I fix the issue of Google Chromecast with Google TV disconnecting and uncasting frequently? Thanks.

How can I contact a real Google Chromecast Technical Support person, rather than waiting on any reply from community members to help me solve my Chromecast problems? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. To cover all the bases, please try to plug in the Chromecast with Google TV (4K) into a different HDMI port on your TV. If the issue persists, please provide the following information below:

  1. Cast firmware version.
  2. Android version of your Chromecast with Google TV (4K).

Hi Jennifer, I had plugged it into a different HDMI port and it is still having the same problem.

From Google Home app, the cast firmware is 1.61.304433

With the Google TV/Chromecast remote, I wento System > About and here are the information.

Android TV OS version: 12
Android TV OS security patch level: July 1, 2022
Kernel version: 4.9.269 $1 Fri Jul 8 08:51:36 UTC 2022
Android TV OS build STTE.220621.019.A2.9082754

Thanks Jennifer, I had completed and submitted the online form. Currently, I have reverted to using the older generation Chromecast (without the Google TV and remote control device). This doesn't have the uncasting issue.
