I have a family sharing plan. However a user in my family is not able to view certain content when logged into youtube tv from their account. For example, when trying to watch a specific channel, like AMC, they are asked for their cable login to access the content even those this is a channel included in the basic package.
Additionally, they are unable to use the voice search functionality on the remote. They receive a similar screen that suggests they don't have access but it's a basic channel in the youtube tv plan. When they search for a specific channel or type of show to watch, they aren't sent to the specific channel or content on youtube TV but rather shown a set of youtube videos vs. youtube TV options which isn't very helpful when trying to watch TV content.

Hi LKelley,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
Since this thread hasn't had activity in a while, we're going to close it to keep content fresh.
If you're still having trouble watching from YouTube TV, please give these steps a try: make sure they’re using the same Google Account for their YouTube TV subscription and the Google TV Account on the Chromecast with Google TV. If the issue persists, feel free to submit another post, and provide as many details as possible so that others can lend a hand. Hope this helps!
Best,
Alex
