Google has given up on itself it seems - bows down to Amazon, it seems...

I see in this forum that over and over again the same threads are popping up. Same things persist for years and google does not fix this. Has google given up on its products?  Amazon fire stick works prefectly for me - great user experience. Never had to recconnect it again, after setup. Even changing the remote worked amazing fast and simple with firestick.

Has google capitulated to Amazon and bowed down to them?

I am a google fan, but it seems Google is not a fan of Google so much - because if they were they would fix these trivial (more or less) issues... Please Google do not ruin your brand anymore. Fix these issues that persist for years!

Hi ddimic,

We hear you. We’re sorry for any trouble you encountered, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. We encourage users to post their concerns and join others' threads if they have the exact same concern, which is probably why you see similar (but not the same) posts.

I saw your other posts: Chromecast does not connect, or looses connection to WIFI with hidden SSID. If this is your actual concern, I’ve already replied, and we can continue from there. Let us know if you still have questions.

Thanks,

Kimy

Hey guys, yeah, well... i am obviously a google guy ;-). its just sad for me wen amazon provides some better services... and better device connectivity. But i root for you - as i think in general Google has much more ethical approach to many things... just fix some basic things so that tey work right - as a fellow developer to other fellow developers... its just annoying. thx a lot
