Audio failing on bluetooth

My chromecast is playing sound via bluetooth to my JBL Encore box, but the audio keeps failing during playback. I tested the box with other bluetooth devices and it worked normally but with the chromecast it keeps failing. What can I do?

Hi Matheus_Sobral,

 

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. To determine if this is a Bluetooth or an audio-related issue, disconnect your JBL Encore box and let the audio play on the TV’s actual speakers. Once it is determined if it really is related to Bluetooth, try to move your JBL Encore box right next to the Chromecast device and observe. If it persists, it could be an outside influence (interference, signal jam, etc.). Try to move it to a different room (different TV but same box) and observe. We can also isolate if it’s device-specific by testing another Bluetooth audio device (speaker, headset, earbuds, etc.).
