For years I have been unable to play rented or purchased movies made using my Comcast with Google Tv.
here’s how the process goes:
1. Rent or buy movie, show, etc.
2. Click play movie
3. I get an error that says “ there was an error, if the problem persists please try restarting your device“
4. I restart, check for latest software, etc.
5. I try to play again, and get the error
6. I resort to a super annoying workaround we’re I open the Google play app on my phone and cast to the tv.
id gladly ditch all my Google equipment, b/c none of it works properly: nest audio, nest thermostat, Google Tv. So dissatisfied.
