I have tried searching for that router online, and while I can find places to buy it, there does not seem to be a manual or instructions anywhere. Saying this, find out what the gateway IP address to your router is (normally 192.168.0.1), default user and pass are listed as
1GE WiFi xPON (Model – RVXPON101W) @ User Name : admin & Password : stdONUi0i
Then explore the options, AP isolation mode may be called something else such as client mode, client isolation, guest mode, etc. would suggest looking at the manual (if it came with one, I am shocked there isnt one available from the manufacturer online)
