I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that network problem? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know that error is a bit vague. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • Does this error occur when doing something specific, like casting from a phone, or using an app?
  • Does this issue occur when casting from another device?
  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
