8e8af789-1a7f-497d-9eb1-3a613b8b4c8c . Por favor me ajudem a resolver isso.

Hi @JosiasBs,

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand your frustration! It sounds like you can cast other streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video to your Chromecast without issues, but HBO Max keeps freezing, locking up, and displaying a blue screen error code. That can definitely be disruptive, especially when you're trying to enjoy a movie.

Here are some steps we can try to troubleshoot the issue with HBO Max specifically:

  • Restart Chromecast: A simple restart of the Chromecast can sometimes resolve temporary glitches. Unplug it from the power source for a minute, then plug it back in and wait for it to restart completely.
  • Check Chromecast Firmware: Make sure your Chromecast has the latest firmware update. Updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements. You can usually check for updates within the Google Home app settings for your Chromecast.
  • Network Connection: Verify that your Chromecast and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. A weak or unstable Wi-Fi connection can sometimes cause streaming issues. You might also try restarting your Wi-Fi router.

It is important to consider that if none of these troubleshooting steps don't work, contacting HBO Max support might be the next best step.

Regards,

Mario.
