How to stop casting to my TV on YOUTUBE.

I stay in an apartment building where we share the same WiFi network.

One of my neighbour(s) keeps connecting to my Sony KD 55X85J Android TV on YOUTUBE. It's so annoying as I keep getting disturbed where by the TV automatically plays something from YOUTUBE.

Actually, I have tried personalising many setting in my TV but can't seem to find a way to avoid someone outside from casting content from YOUTUBE to my TV.
Even me, I was at work and tried to cast something to my TV at home on YOUTUBE and it worked easily while I am at work. My phone and TV use the same gmail account, which could be a reason why this happens, but then we were on different networks.

Now, how does someone outside my home, using a different gmail account, cast to my TV on YOUTUBE, even though we are on the same building network?

Is there a way I can disable this feature so that no one can cast to my TV on YOUTUBE? Help Please!

ANYONE that is on the same network as a Chromecast Device can cast to it.  That's how Chromecasts were designed.  There is no access control that limits it to just specific Google Accounts.

That way, everyone in your household can cast from any of their devices without having to go through setup steps.

Your problem is that you are sharing a network at home.   You are actually vulnerable to hackers because of how they have set that up (not because of your Chromecast device, but because your complex has set their wifi as one giant "house").

You can solve your problem by getting an inexpensive router (often called travel routers).  They connect to an existing network (your complex's) and make a new secure private network.  Connect all your devices to that secure private network and nobody else will be able to cast to them and your devices will be better protected from hackers.

Make SURE you do not use an "extender".   Those make the other network bigger and still let everyone see your devices.

And, the work issue was because of YouTube and the accounts.  It wasn't really casting.  It was YouTube talking to YouTube using the same account.
