Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide the iOS version of your phone? Please make sure there is no pending iOS update on your mobile device and make sure that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast and not using mobile data. Reinstalling the Google Home app and rebooting your phone might also help.
If the issue persists, please Reboot and reset your Chromecast.
