Issues in Disney+ on US Playstore

I had Disney+ before but I ran into a problem and had to uninstall it. Now when I try to reinstall Disney+, it is no longer searchable in the playstore. I also did copy the apk from my phone then have it transferred to my chromecast and try to install it. It said that "App is not installed" instead. 

 

I'm using a VPN in connecting to the US playstore to download Disney+.

I'm really sorry for the delayed response on this, but if you are still running into this error, here is what I would suggest you try:

  • Disable the VPNs you currently have running.
  • Uninstall the Disney+ app.
  • Clear out the cached data on the Google Play Store app.
  • Reinstall the Disney+ app and run it.

Let me know if you are still running into issues after that, then we can look a bit deeper into the issue.

As you probably have guessed, the VPN is your issue. For copyright purposes your location needs to be verified in order to use Disney+. 

My phone uses vpn and I can watch on Disney+. It's only my chromecast thats having problem redownloading Disney+

Disney+ is now showing in the playstore but it displayed an error saying "Your device isnt compatible with this version". My chromecast is up-to-date.
