Kids profile is gone in google chromecast

I recently bought a google chromecast to make my led tv an android tv. However, this pass few months, I have observed that the kids profile on the start media is gone. Since I have cousins who usually use my tv, I can't let them roam with my profile and planning to add kid's profile but they're gone. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Have you tried adding the accounts again?

  1. From the Google TV home screen, in the top right, go to the profile icon and select your profile.
  2. Under "Who’s watching," select Add a kid > Get started.
  3. Select an option:
    • If your child has a Google Account or kids profile in your family group: Select the child you want to set up.
    • If you haven’t set up a child in your family group: Select Add a kid and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Choose the apps you want to include in the kid's home screen.
  5. To set up parental controls, follow the on-screen instructions.
