Lip Sync issue Google Chromecast with TV on YouTubeTV

This is not on a Web Browser it is on a new Samsung TV, using a Vizio soundbar (which I have also reset).  This is primarily only on LOCAL channels on YouTube TV.  I have been successful in watching the local news on YouTube TV using a smart app on the Samsung and using the soundbar.  I have tried rebooting the router, deleting the app, clearing the cache on the app.  Everything short of doing a factory reset on the Chromecast (way too many apps to rebuild, which they all work fine)

All of my other TV's work with their Chromecasts, I have even tried swapping them out with each other and on my living room TV the local channels are out of sync.  Help!

Thanks for reaching out and for doing some steps  beforehand — these are of great help! Could you please try to plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV? Please also try the additional steps below:

 

  1. Stop casting, then try to cast the same content again.
  2. Try decreasing the distance between TV, router, and computer.
  3. Reboot your Chromecast.
  4. Do another factory reset on your Chromecast.
