A few questions:
Please try to uninstall and reinstall the Disney+ app and reboot your mobile phone and Chromecast. Trying on a different mobile device and resetting your Chromecast might also help.
Note: If the issue is isolated when using the Disney+ app, please reach out to the app developer for further assistance.
