New CCwGTV Cannot Play Anything

Using the CC directly or casting from phone does not work.  Only some youtube videos will work.  Google TV gives playback error of this video format is not supported.  Other apps such as Play Movies & TV say "Play Movies & TV is temporarily unavailable". Tried multiple factory resets, restarts, etc.

I have the same issue. I just bought 2 ccwgtv and Netflix Disney googletv And paramount doesn’t play videos it gives me error codes. The only one that works is hulu

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that playback issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this issue is very frustrating. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

• When did this issue start happening?
• What is the firmware version of the Chromecast?
• Are you able to cast or play from any apps at all?
• Have you tried troubleshooting your network connection?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
