I plugged in chromecast, to make my not smart LG tv smart. I followed the directions to download Google Home and then gave the tv a room name Family Room TV. Entered my wi fi password. Then TV recognized the room name in top right corner. Message connecting came up on screen with colored balls. Then on my android phone, says Family Room not available, can't see family room tv on this wi-fi network. Check that it's online and that your phone or tablet is connected. My phone is connected to house wifi. Right now TV shows no signal.

Ensure that both the Chromecast with Google TV device and your phone are connected to the same WiFi network.
