A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you setting up the Chromecast? If yes, are you pertaining on the instructions in the Google Home app? Please make sure the language set on your phone is in English. Reinstalling the Google Home app and rebooting your phone might also help.
If the issue persists, reboot your Chromecast and use a different mobile phone.
