PHOTOS - why can't we know where they were taken as well as the photographer's name?

Great we get the photographers name -- but why on earth can't you caption WHERE the phot is??!!!!  I had to look up the name of a photographer of one particular photo - he had an instagram account and scrolll through a 1000 photos - it was there and captioned with where the photo was taken. So please can Chromecast share with us the information that is available about these photos!
