Pairing

I have two chromecast voice remotes that inadvertently were paired to one TV.  Both remotes work on the same TV.  I need to "un-pair" one of the remotes to it can be paired with a second TV.  How is this done?  I have tried removing the batteries and resetting the chromecast module with no success.

Hi KScanoeist,

Thanks for posting. Could you please try to forget or remove it from the Google TV settings? Here's how: go to Settings > Remotes and Accessories > Chromecast Remote > Forget. Once the remote is removed, please try to pair it to your other TV and set up its buttons. If the same issue persists, please try to do another reset on your Chromecast Voice Remote. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast voice remote.

Thanks,

Jennifer
