Re starting on it's own

Why does my Chromecast Ultra re-start on it's own, every day at the same time??? I already gave it a hard reset and checked my tv and internet connections. They are okay. Still this re-start thing keeps happening and I don't know why.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response.

 

@Charity1977, when did the issue start? Is this happening when casting content on your TV? Please make sure the Chromecast Ultra is plugged into a reliable wall outlet and correctly plugged into the HDMI port of your TV. Switching to a different HDMI port and rebooting WiFi router might also help. If the issue still persists, please unplug your Chromecast Ultra for 24 hrs and test. 
 

@samueldonkor611, it looks like your concern is different from the original poster and your issue is about your stolen iPhone. I suggest you reach out to Apple Care for further help.

Hi Jennifer,

the Chromecast, I have it for more then a year now and this issue started about six months ago. Everything is correctly plugged in. Rebooted the system several times. Now awaiting if it wil happen or not. Thanks so much for the feedback!
