Hello Customer Support,
I have a 3rd generation chromecast that is no longer working with my chromebook. I have done several resets to no avail. However the chromecast works perfectly with my iphones. When I click on Cast from my Chromebook, I continue to get the message "no devices found". I have added the google home app to my chromebook, again to no avail. I have done all the steps recommended from youtube, internet and the advice I received from within this community. At this point I am very frustrated at the situation. Is someone able to assist me? I look forward to hearing from this community.
