Start screensaver immediately on start

I love Chromecast Ultra and beautiful screensaver images it shows as TV and Chromecast starts. I hate the start screen on latest Chromecast devices. This is the only thing stopping me from buying the new devices. If Google can give an option to start screen saver immediately on start, you have a new customer. 

 

FYI :I see lot of people are looing for this option but it seems Chromecast team doesn't want to listen.

I would think that that could cause a lot of problems with the screensaver coming on when people don't want it.

For myself, I just press the back-arrow on the Home Screen whenever I want Ambient Mode (the screen saver) to appear.   That's easy and I don't end up with Ambient when I don't want it.

But, you can tell Google what you would like by using the "Send Feedback" option:

Google doesn't read every post in this forum but they do read and track all the feedback they receive that way. Just so you know, they won't respond directly to feedback so don't ask them any questions.
