Streaming services showing wrong location

I've contacted 9now for the issue as it's showing us VIC weather and news and TV programs and not NSW which is where we live. This issue is happening on multiple apps playing on the chromecast so I assume it's to do with the IP location I have checked and it is the correct area. I just want to fix this as it's very frustrating.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Have you checked for updates? You can also try a factory reset and set everything up from scratch. Let me know how it goes.
