The device is not compatible

Just purchased  a chromecast.
I was trying to install HBO and Disney+, but It says that the device isn’t compatible with this version. The version is up to date, I was trying to reset and sing in again but nothing has changed. 
Can I fix this bug somehow?

the cast firmware version is : 1.61.329909

the device is chromecast with Google tv (HD)

Hello Juni,

I’m contacting from Sweden, and no, unfortunately I cannot use another network . I don’t know if it’s important information but I could install the Netflix but not the other platforms

Thanks for the reply. Since both Disney+ and HBO Max apps are available in Sweden, chances are this has something to do with the country indicated in your Google Play Store. You can change that in settings from an Android device or from the Chrome browser by visiting https://goo.gle/3aFSuU8 and signing in with your account. Apply the changes to the settings. Let us know if you have questions.
