Unable to disable Restricted Mode on Chromecast 1st Gen

When trying to cast various videos from Youtube I receive the following error:

Something went wrong

This video is unavailable with Restricted Mode enabled. To view this video, you will need to disable Restricted Mode.

I have gone into the settings of the Chromecast but do not have the "Notifications & digital wellbeing" section showing in order to access the "YouTube settings".

Do you know if this Restricted Mode can be disabled on this Chromecast 1st Gen? I am running into this issue more and more often with video that in my opinion should not be restricted for any reason.

It sounds like a YouTube setting--- see Turn Restricted Mode on or off on YouTube - Computer - YouTube Help
