Unable to download Device utility app to activate Chromecast

Hi all, I'm trying to activate my new Chromecast and as a result need to install device utility app. Navigation using provided link results with infinite "loading" Play market with spinner. 

How else could I find and download the app?

I'm located in Poland, using Pixel 5 phone.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Please try to reboot your phone and try again. Using a different mobile phone such as a non Pixel device if one is available might also help.
