Unable to load for you (loading error)

I am getting a loading error unable to load for you. I already tried deleting catch’s. That did not work.

Hi Rafferty1976,

 

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: when did it start? Is this working prior to this happening? Or is this newly installed, and this happened?

 

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  • Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
  • Reboot your Chromecast device.
  • Try a factory reset, then re-setup.
  • You can also try connecting it to a mobile hotspot, to isolate it.
