Watched Youtube Videos show on main screen of chromecast

This started happening recently and I dont want this feature. How do I turn it off?

Hey there Pablo1954,

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Currently, the only way not to show your YouTube history is to turn off your YouTube history in the YouTube app or on the website. Here is how to do this on the YouTube website:

1. Log into your Google Account on https://goo.gle/3e398z7
2. Click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, it will look like 3 horizontal lines.
3. Click on History.
4. On the right, click on Manage all history.
5. Click on Saving your YouTube history.
6. Click the TURN OFF button.

Once you have turned off this feature, watched videos will no longer appear on the main screen of your Chromecast. If it does, follow the same steps to find where to delete your history.
