Thank you so much for reaching out! We understand just how frustrating it must be for you that the builtin Chromecast in your device cuts out so often.
In order to try and resolve the issue you are having with Chromecast, we first recommend making sure your device is up to date. You can download the latest firmware for your receiver from the link below:
If your device is up to date, or if the update does not stabilize your Chromecast connection, we recommend checking out the Chromecast Troubleshooting Guide before you attempt a factory reset. The reason why we recommend factory resets in such situations is that factory resets, on top of restoring your device back to factory defaults, can often recalibrate system modules and restore functions. Got this from pioneer but my built in chromecast still cutting out on pioneer receiver but if just played on mobile no cut out. chromecast works for other apps any ideas appreciated
