chomecast device: problem when login to the google acccount

I am trying to install the Virgin Plus TV app  through a chromecast device.

I am able to login to my google account providing my username and password.

I an then prompt to to go through 'I am not a robot'  phase .

I am presented with a grid of a few picture and ask to select the ones that meet a specific criteria.

This is where my problem start, I am not able to navigate through the picture on the grid. the remote control <-, ->, up, down  arrow keys have no effect on that UI page. the 'select'   works,

I'm assuming it's only this app you're experiencing this in? It sounds as though the app developer hasn't made it compatible with Chromecast, so it's not designed to be used with Chromecast. A common workaround is to connect a Bluetooth keyboard and/or mouse to your Chromecast to help with these types of screens.

Hi Alex,

Yes,  I was  able to connect a Bluetooth mouse to the chromecast device and use it  to  click on the appropriate pictures in the grid .
