chromecast remote not working correctly

I have a new Chromecast and from new button-up wasn't responsive sometimes was lagging sometimes didn't work when prest one time or caple times. The next day button-off didn't work also. Next day button-up is like is prest all time cant go down. I try to soft reset Chromecast by unplugging and waiting 15 s and the factory reset on the remote didn't work. Can I do something else? I try that only on my Samsung tv.

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that remote issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this is pretty frustrating for you. The first thing I would recommend that you try is factory resetting the remote.

Hi Jeran, 

I did contact shoop sended them video of my problem and they did replase my remote . I did tray factory reset of remote and chromcast but didn't help . I do not have this isue so far but is my first day with it .

I'm glad to hear that they replaced your remote! Did you want me to leave the thread open for a few days to make sure everything works properly, or should I go ahead and lock the thread?

Let's wait.  Because the old won was working 1st day too.
