Connects to network no internet, but all other devices do. Also, run fine with phone Hotspot, just not Shaw ISP router/modem.

Call google help line 1-855-4696378. Have patience they can help you out . If they seem confused ask for some else.

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: is it a Nest speaker? If so, Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? What is its distance from your WiFi router?
